Introducing our Chef & Dining at Boclair
We are delighted to announce that we have now appointed Craig Whitty as Chef at our brand new luxury care home in Bearsden.
Craig began his career 33 years ago working in some of the best restaurants in Glasgow. He then moved to stadium banqueting and events before joining the catering team at Glasgow University. Craig is now looking forward to a career within the care sector.
At Boclair Care Home we understand the importance of food and dining, for both the enjoyment of our residents as well as their health and nutrition.
We pride ourselves on offering high-quality nourishing food and providing an enjoyable dining experience. Our talented Chef Craig has been developing our signature dish of slow-cooked Scottish Beef brisket, pureed neeps, and tatties, peppered whiskey and beef gravy, and a haggis crumb.
We look forward to being able to showcase this to residents when we open our doors in August.
