Due to a successful recent opening of our brand new care home in Bearsden, we are delighted to be hosting a Recruitment Day to expand our team.

On Tuesday 21st February, between 10am and 6pm, we at Boclair Care Home will be a hosting a Recruitment Open Day to help support the success and growth of our care home in Bearsden.

We are looking for individuals who want a role where they can make a positive difference to peoples lives, and share our values in providing high standards of personalised care and support.

We currently have both full-time and part-time positions available, and we will be recruiting for the following roles:

  • Team Leaders (day & night shifts)
  • Care Assistants (day & night shifts)
  • Housekeeping Supervisor

On the day, you will have the opportunity to interview for your preferred role, as well as meet the rest of the team, have a tour of the home, and see what life at Boclair Care Home is like.

Experience of working in the care sector is not essential for all roles as we’ll provide you with training and development as well as a great, fun, and rewarding working environment, flexibility in shift patterns, plenty of variety with no two days the same and much more.
