Our cinema boasts a relaxing atmosphere and mimics the experience of a trip to the big screen. In our cinema, residents can get lost in the magic of a movie, resulting in beautiful memories being made or reminisced about.

At Boclair, we provide high-quality care and encourage our residents to get out and try everything we have to offer. Our cinema room has amenities such as a big screen, comfortable seating, and cinema-style refreshments available, which can be used by any of our residents and their loved ones. We provide plenty of choices of what to watch, with different movies for every kind of person available.

Spoilt for Choice

In our cinema room, there is a huge range of films to choose from. This variety includes films in black and white and so many different genres including romance, family fun, and comedies. We are also open to suggestions for residents who have particular favourites. Whether residents want to watch a film with friends or with loved ones, we can accommodate this for them. They really are spoilt for choice in our luxurious cinema room.

Some of the best experiences don’t always have to include being out and about. Sometimes, unwinding and enjoying an evening of relaxation is all people need for a wellbeing boost. Watching movies can encourage reminiscence as the stories they tell can bring out a lot of emotion in the people watching. Our cinema room has been thoughtfully designed to offer residents the complete cinema experience right within the comfort of their home. Our cinema room features a large screen, comfortable seating, cinema-style refreshments, and a wide selection of film titles to choose from, allowing residents to relax and enjoy their favorite movies.

We are delighted to provide a wide selection of film titles across various genres, and we actively engage with our residents to understand their favorite films, ensuring there’s a suitable film for everyone. Additionally, from time to time, we feature special televised events like sports and national celebrations.

Each of our residents is encouraged to make use of our cinema room as part of their weekly fee. Loved ones and relatives are also welcome to join them in using our cinema room, and upon request, we can arrange private viewings for residents and family members.
